Patients can register at the practice if they are in our catchment area (see below).
If you are transferring from another UK practice you simply need to complete a form and we will contact you to attend a new patient appointment.
If you wish to discuss registering at this Practice please contact the Registrations Manager on 01234 221973.
This is a group practice and your name is registered with the practice and not with an individual GP Partner. If you would like to express a preference of practitioner this can be recorded on your computer notes, but we cannot guarantee that you will always be able to see your preferred GP.
The practice population of approx. 11,700 is significantly mixed in terms of demography and geographically covers two major areas.
The Practice Boundaries fall into two areas. The Inner Boundary includes north Bedford and the villages to the north and west of Bedford - Oakley, Bromham, Milton Ernest, Thurleigh, Wilden, Renhold and Ravensden. The southern boundary runs along Ashburnham Road, Prebend and Cauldwell Streets, London, Harrowden and Cambridge Roads.
Registrations will be accepted from patients living in these areas.
The Outer Boundary extends to the south of Bedford to include Kempston but not Elstow. Any registered patients moving into this area can remain registered with the Practice but no new patients from this area will be accepted.
