Travel Vaccinations

Vaccinations need to be given at least 14 days prior to departure.

Please complete a Travel Form (available at reception) prior to making an appointment. Bring the completed Travel Form to the surgery where a vaccination appointment will be made for you.

Charges will apply for some vaccinations. These can be paid for using cash or cheque. We are unable to accept card payments.
